Sapa 2D1N: Ethnic Homestay & Trekking to Lao Chai-Ta Van

6:20 AM: Begin your adventure at 204 Tran Quang Khai Street, where you'll board a comfortable sleeper bus to Sapa. Travel along the highway, enjoying scenic views and making two comfort breaks, one of which is in Lao Cai City. Please prepare small change (5,000 VND or 10,000 VND) for toilet fees at the rest stops.

1:00 PM: Arrive in Sapa Town, greeted by the colorful traditional costumes of the H’Mong, Dzao, and Tay ethnic people. Enjoy a welcome drink and an itinerary briefing before savoring a delicious lunch featuring local Vietnamese dishes.

2:30 PM: After lunch, take a short drive to Y Linh Ho, where you will start your trek. Journey through the picturesque rice terraces and along Muong Hoa Stream to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai. Continue trekking to Ta Van Village, home to the Dzay ethnic people, where you'll arrive in the late afternoon. The trekking distance is about 9 kilometers and takes approximately 3 hours.

5:00 PM: Check-in at a local homestay and get to know the Dzay family. Spend the evening enjoying the mountain sunset, participating in cooking with the family, and having dinner together. In the evening, socialize with other tourists and enjoy the peaceful hill tribe atmosphere before overnighting at the homestay in Ta Van Village.

7:30 AM: Enjoy a hearty breakfast prepared by your host family before setting out for another day of trekking.

8:00 AM: Continue your trek through the stunning rice paddies, capturing beautiful photos of the surrounding landscapes. Walk through a bamboo forest and enjoy a panoramic view of Giang Ta Chai Village. The trekking distance is about 3 kilometers and takes around 2 hours.

11:00 AM: Cross the Giang Ta Chai Bridge to reach the main road, where a bus will pick you up and return you to Sapa Town.

12:30 – 1:30 PM: Have lunch at a hotel in Sapa and prepare your luggage for the return trip. Board the sleeper bus back to Hanoi, with two comfort breaks along the way.

8:45 PM: Arrive in Hanoi and say goodbye as you are dropped off at your hotel/stay, marking the end of a memorable trip.
